We are beginning a series of Oracle projects that require the latest database software version. In this segment, we are downloading Oracle Database 19c, the newest release of their storage back-end. We will show you how to download and install it to create a database. We want to use a built-in database application template via the Oracle Database Configuration Assistant (DBCA). We will also be using Oracle SQL*Plus to run the database. There is a lot to go through here so we are going to dive right into it.
